BV ANIMA is the Controller of the personal data you (data subject) provide to us via email to contact@anima.be or via our LinkedIn page, or the data we collect during the performance of the agreement. We may collect the following types of data from you:

Phone/GSM number;
Bank account number

- Other personal data you would transfer to us yourself via email/attachments

Purpose of processing

All personal data will only be used for our standard business operations and performance of our services, i.e. answering your query and enabling us to contact you at your request. Your e-mail address may also be used to send you newsletters at regular intervals. You have the right to unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time via the appropriate link in each newsletter.

We need your personal data to provide you the following services :

BV ANIMA has a company page on social media : LinkedIn. This platform is only used for company communication (distributing newsletters, making announcements,...). As a data subject, you are free to follow our social media platforms or not.

BV ANIMA is in no way responsible with regard to the processing of your personal data by these external channels. You will want to inform yourself in advance about the cookie and privacy policy of these external providers.

You are free to subscribe to our newsletter, this is based on unforced consent. We keep track of your consent in our databases. We keep the data you enter to receive our newsletter in our central CRM package and further use it for our activities, based on the legitimate interest of the controller. You always have the option to unsubscribe to our newsletter. Unsubscribing does not automatically entail deletion of your data from our CRM Database.

4. No transfer of your personal data

No third party has access to your personal data, nor do we disclose your personal data unless specifically required by law.

All personal data held by us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
