What you’ll do

• Deliver ANIMA’s Growth Leadership Program (or facilitate modules)

• Coach managers and team leads through transformation challenges

• Help leaders develop clarity, discipline, and communication skills

• Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions, live or remote

Who you are

• 10+ years in leadership development, coaching, or senior management

• Certified coach or trainer (ICF, MBTI, Insights, etc. welcome)

• Clear, grounded, and performance-focused

• NL / FR / EN fluency depending on region
